Where prices come from
We use median Steam Community Market prices in USD — they reflect real trades between players, not one-off random listings. Other currencies (EUR, CNY, RUB) are converted at the current rate only for display.
Why the estimate is reliable
The median smooths one-off swings and shows a typical market price, not individual listings. Because of that, total inventory value for liquid items usually differs by no more than ~1% from a manual tally against the market. The service runs without account access: no browser extension, Steam login, or password required.
